MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Firstly thank you for purchasing one of our AKRacing chairs, we hope that your experience with us is a positive one.

This Limited Manufacturer Warranty applies to all products purchased from AKRacing Australia or any of our official resellers.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the first two years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, AKRacing Australia will repair or replace, at no charge, product(s) or part(s) of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?
AKRacing Australia will in first hand correct the problem by replacing the faulty part(s), at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement part(s).

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for any product purchased from AKRacing Australia or any of the official resellers is 2 year from the date of purchase.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (i.e. stains, scratches and similar problems).
