If your chair or accessory is in stock our team will aim to dispatch your order either the same or next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping notification to your registered email address. Please check junk if you cannot find this in your inbox.

  • Direct Freight Express

The couriers we use for accessories:

  • Australia Post
  • Border Express

What methods of shipping do we use?


For orders dispatched from/within Australia, we use the services of, Go Logistics, Direct Freight, Australia Post Registered & Express, and local couriers for Sydney Metro deliveries.

Our team generally will ship your order either the same or next business day depending on the time of purchase.

 

Free Shipping:


During "Free Shipping Australia Wide" promotions, terms and conditions may apply for free shipping to regional & remote areas in Australia. Freight charges may be incurred for orders shipped outside of metro areas. Free Shipping is eligible for any AK Racing Chairs to metro areas. Exclusions apply for the following purchases and will incur a shipping charge:
Purchases requiring delivery out of metro or remote areas, including islands.
Products that exceed 1m in length or over 30kg in weight.
The free Shipping promotion period is only valid for a limited time and subject to terminate at our discretion.
You will be contacted prior to your order being processed to confirm freight charges.


How long will it take to get my products?

NSW/QLD/VIC - 1-3 business days
TAS/SA - 3-5 business days
NT - 4-7 business days
WA - 5-7 business days

If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances on our behalf or if it is brought to our attention, you will be notified. We do experience delays over holiday periods such as public holidays, Christmas and New Year.

 

RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind. 

We DO NOT accept returns for chairs that have been assembled. 

If there is a fault with your chair, we will always try to rectify the issue with replacement parts as per the ACCC. Please contact support@ak-racing.com.au for any warranty or replacement parts. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.
